Chief Operating Officer
Aaron P. Kirsh, Esq. is the Chief Operating Officer of CNS Global Advisors. Serving in this role since 2013, Aaron advises clients on corporate and project finance strategies for emerging markets, focusing primarily on the renewable energy, infrastructure, and agribusiness sectors.
Prior to CNS, Aaron was a Partner at American Export Partners where he specialized in the export of American manufactured fast moving consumer goods to select markets in West Africa.
In 2011-12 Aaron was trained by the Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs and the Commercial Service's South Florida Export Assistance Center. With the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs, Aaron worked with the Administration on trade-related legislative issues, most notably the Free Trade Agreements with South Korea, Panama, and Colombia. During that period, Aaron conducted a comprehensive national study of state and federal export resources and advised the Director of the National Export Initiative on methods to improve federal collaboration with state export resources nationwide.
With the Commercial Service, under the supervision of the Director of the South Florida Export Assistance Center and several Senior Trade Specialists, Aaron advised clients on a variety of issues related to exporting American products, including marketing, licensing, financing, and logistics.
In 2008-09, Aaron designed and financed a student managed micro-credit institution to serve low-income entrepreneurs in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
Aaron received his J.D. with a concentration in International Law at Nova Southeastern University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Loyola University.
Aaron holds the Series 79 and Series 63 licenses and is a member of the Florida bar.
